The 33 day detox your life program is going to include an online course to guide you through a full life detoxification, a full bundle of cosmetic products, a bundle of nutritional products, a journal to write in daily, a candle, a crystal and a stick of palo santo to medtitate with.

This detoxification process is not reliant on deprivation or willpower. Using willpower to achieve what we want almost never works and is rarely ever fun, this is because we are literally fighting with our own will on a daily basis. Instead of fighting with our will we have decided to re-frame it altogether. This means starting with the mind and re-wiring what we WANT to be doing. This makes the process easy, fun and gradual, each step will be taken on your own terms and will not pull you out of your comfort zone at any point.

This program is not only about our diet, it is about every other aspect of our life too including our love life, our environment, the types of music that we listen to, our career and much more. The word 'detox' means to release toxicity, the purpose of this program is to release toxicity from ALL areas of our life. There are 33 days crammed with tips to help you achieve the happiest, highest vibrational version of yourself and pull you onto your highest timeline. The nutritional supplements will help to detoxify the inside of your body, the cosmetic products will help you to detoxify the outside of your body and also protect your blood stream from any harsh chemicals being absorbed through the skin, the journal will help to detoxify your mind and the candle, crystal and palo santo will help to detoxify your emotional state.

Although it is a 33 day detox it may take much longer to fully complete all of the steps. I would recommend re-visiting each step again after the course has ended and only focusing on that one step until you have completely nailed it before moving onto the next one to make sure you fully intergrate every single step as much as possible to make the most of it. You can keep this course forever and re-visit it whenever you like.
